TB3 Digital ("TB3 Digital," "we," "us," or "our") is a B2B paid media agency that plans and manages advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta for business clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit tb3digital.com (the "Site"), contact us, or work with us.
## 1. Information We Collect
**Information you give us.** When you fill out a contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide. This may include your name, work email address, company name, job title, phone number, and the details of your inquiry.
**Information collected automatically.** When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on the Site. We collect it through our website platform's built-in analytics (see Section 4).
**Client business information.** When we provide services to a client, we may be given access to that client's advertising accounts, analytics platforms, and campaign data. We use this information only to perform the services the client has engaged us for, and we handle it under our agreement with that client.
## 2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective and current clients;
- provide, manage, and improve our services;
- operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- understand how visitors use the Site;
- send occasional business communications related to our services; and

We send email only for legitimate business purposes, such as replying to inquiries, communicating with clients and partners about active work, and occasional relevant business correspondence. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not purchase, rent, sell, or share email lists. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. ## 4. Cookies and Analytics
The Site is hosted on Squarespace and uses Squarespace Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the Site. **We do not run advertising pixels or third-party ad tracking tags on the Site**, and we do not use information from Site visits to target you with ads on other platforms.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
## 5. How We Share Information
**We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.** We share information only in the following cases:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and analytics (Squarespace), email, and scheduling. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
